1How can I make a reservation?
It's easy. Call or Whatsapp +233 547305252 or visit www.marienoellespa.com/appointment to make a reservation.
2When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Upon arrival at the Spa, please proceed directly to the reception counter. Our spa receptionist will re-confirm and briefly explain your scheduled treatment(s).
3Should I shave and shower before a treatment?
Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services.
4What should I wear during my treatment?
We ask that you disrobe completely for your body treatment(s). For your comfort, disposable underwear and a bathrobe are provided. Our therapists are trained to appropriately drape you for privacy.
5What about my jewelry and valuables?
We advise you to remove all jewelry prior to your arrival at the spa. Lockers are also available within the spa for you to place your personal valuables.
6Who can guide me in choosing my treatments?
Our spa receptionist will help you plan the perfect spa experience, including the best order in which to enjoy your treatments.
7Can I wear makeup during my facial or body treatment?
During facials, your esthetician will remove your make-up for you. If you are scheduled for a body treatment and would like to remove your makeup beforehand, we will provide you with make-up removal products.
8Are reservations necessary?
We highly recommend making reservations in advance, but feel free to call on short notice, as we may have an opening or cancellation.
9Can I book extra services while I am at the spa?
Absolutely, please ask! We will always try to accommodate your wishes, although we do recommend that you book your treatments in advance.
10Do you offer gift certificates?

1What are your hours?
Monday – Saturday: 9 to 7pm. Closed on Sundays.
2How often do your hairstylists recommend getting my hair done?
The frequency of getting your hair done differs from client to client and depends on your preference. But as a general rule, our hairstylists recommend coming in every week to maintain the shape and color of your current hairstyle and every 4-6 weeks if you’re growing your hair out or your hair is not colored.
3What products do you recommend for the healthiest looking hair?
We recommend using a moisture shampoo and conditioner, that are sulfate and sodium chloride (salt) free. If your hair is long and color treated, we recommend using a leave-in conditioner, such as It’s a 10 with heat protection, after the color-safe shampoo. We also recommend using an oil treatment on the ends to prevent them from splitting.
4What types of hair extensions do you offer?
